Shipping to the United States
Updated May 6th 2026
As of recently the brokerage fees for Purolator/UPS have been very high. We have switched back to Canada Post for our international shipping, and although you will see tariffs included at checkout, there are no surprise fees upon delivery. Everything is paid at checkout and then your order will be shipped and dropped off at your addresses without any extra payments.
( outdated) January 2026
We proudly ship all wallpaper orders to customers across the United States. Below is everything you need to know about how your order travels, delivery timing, and what to expect upon arrival.
Customs, Tariffs & Fees
As of January 2026:
• No tariffs are charged on our products
Other Fees
Historically on previous orders no customs duties or brokerage fees were billed to customers upon delivery and no payment was required at the door.
International shipping regulations are controlled by customs authorities and courier policies, which can change without advance notice to small businesses.
Brokerage fees are determined by:
• Government trade policies and tariff regulations
• Customs classifications and import thresholds
• Carrier policies set by Purolator, UPS, or U.S. Customs
• Changes in cross-border trade agreements
In rare cases, these factors may change unexpectedly, and fees could be applied by customs or the carrier during transit—even if they were not previously required.
Shipping Carrier
All U.S. orders ship via Purolator. Once your package crosses the border, it is transferred to UPS for final delivery within the United States.
Delivery Timeframe
Based on historical shipping data, most U.S. orders arrive within:
Approximately 1 to 1.5 weeks from shipment
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to weather or customs processing, but delays are uncommon.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey from our studio to your door.
