Where is your wallpaper printed?

Every GrimmRose Cottage wallpaper order is printed in-house in my own studio in Alberta, Canada. Keeping production in-house means I oversee each order from printing through to cutting and packaging, so I can check print quality, colour, panel alignment, and sizing before it leaves my studio.

Unlike print-on-demand production, where designs are sent to a third-party printer for fulfillment, your wallpaper is made and checked by me from start to finish.

Where do your designs come from?

GrimmRose Cottage is a mix of original design and curated artwork. Some designs are created by me from start to finish, while others begin with artwork or design elements that I commercially license and transform into finished wallpaper and wall décor.

Every design is selected, composed, coloured, scaled and prepared specifically for the GrimmRose Cottage collection, with a focus on creating pieces that feel a little unexpected and full of story.

What is peel and stick wallpaper? 

Peel and stick wallpaper is a self-adhesive wallpaper that is easy to install and remove. It is a great alternative to traditional wallpaper that requires glue or other adhesives. 

What is the difference between Matte and Textured wallpaper?

Our Textured Wallpaper is our premium option, with a thicker, more substantial feel and a beautifully textured finish that gives the design added depth and character. It has a more refined, high-end appearance on the wall and is an excellent choice for spaces where you want a more permanent, elevated finish.

Our Matte Wallpaper has a smooth, flat finish with a lighter, more flexible feel similar to a premium wall decal. It’s designed for easy repositioning and clean removal without leaving sticky residue behind, making it a great choice for renters, temporary spaces, or anyone who likes to change things up more often.

 Can peel and stick wallpaper be used in all rooms? 

Yes, peel and stick wallpaper can be used in any room that is dry and free from moisture. It can also be used on a variety of surfaces, including painted walls, metal, glass, and more.

Is peel and stick wallpaper easy to install?

Yes! Our peel and stick wallpaper is designed to be DIY-friendly, with no paste or glue required. Each order includes my own step-by-step installation guide, created specifically for our wallpaper to help you get the best possible result.

Can I remove peel and stick wallpaper easily? 
Yes, peel and stick wallpaper is designed to be easy to remove without damaging the wall or leaving any residue. Simply peel it off the wall slowly and carefully.

How do I clean peel and stick wallpaper? 
Peel and stick wallpaper can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge. However, it is important not to use any harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the wallpaper.

Can I order custom peel and stick wallpaper? 
Yes, if the design you have in mind is within my style I can make custom peel and stick wallpaper. You can provide your own design or choose from a range of existing designs.

How can I pay for my peel and stick wallpaper order?

What if I need to return my peel and stick wallpaper? 
My wallpaper is printed to custom fit your wall, unfortunately I do not offer returns. If the product is damaged during shipping please contact me.
