At GrimmRose Cottage, every wallpaper order is printed especially for you. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or ordering errors.

If Something Isn't Right

We take great care in printing and preparing every order. However, if your wallpaper arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please get in touch with us.

Email us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible. We'll review the situation and work with you to make things right.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Cancellations
