About the Artist: Vicky Parsons - Owner of GrimmRose Cottage

Each piece is a one of a kind handcrafted ceramic ware. Formerly the owner of Tied to the Ocean Studio. I have been intensively creating work since 2015. My pieces have found homes across every province in Canada, all throughout the United States and scattered around the UK. My work embodies folklore, mysticism, and a touch of macabre.which are all displayed through storytelling. Originally from Newfoundland, I use a unique blend of history, culture and the peculiarities of large families and small towns to create fascinating ceramic art with wonderfully tall tales.
